Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the SayCloud Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
SayCloud is a free Chrome extension that provides delayed auditory feedback (DAF) and related speech tools. The Service processes audio locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to function.
Medical Disclaimer
SayCloud is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any speech disorder. It is a supplementary tool that may assist with speech fluency. If you have a speech disorder, please consult a qualified speech-language pathologist. Do not use SayCloud as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Use at Your Own Risk
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Hearing Safety
When using SayCloud with headphones, please keep the volume at a comfortable level. Extended use at high volume may cause hearing discomfort. You are responsible for managing your audio levels.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayCloud and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design of SayCloud are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the extension.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
